Pop! Promos (asi/45657), a Philadelphia-based promotional products supplier whose offerings include sunglasses, bags and socks, has appointed Jay Dilley to the role of CEO.

Dilley comes to the firm from Bureau Veritas North America Infrastructure Services, where he was chief operating officer for the laboratory, inspection and certification services company. Other past positions include president of autotech company Cruisio, CEO of fintech firm Ratebroker Financial and president of regional airline Hawkair Aviation.

Pop! Promos co-founders Erin Reilly and Sterling Wilson, formerly CEO and president respectively, are now becoming board members of the firm. They said they decided two years ago that they wanted to step back from the day-to-day operations of Pop! and began looking for an executive to take the reins.

“We took the task of finding the right leader for our team very seriously, knowing it would take an individual with exceptional character, strong leadership experience and people skills to fill the role,” said Wilson. “Jay will uphold Pop! Promos’ commitment to excellence.”

Wilson and Reilly were Counselor’s 2018 Supplier Entrepreneurs of the Year. Pop! specializes in quick-turn custom orders and full-color and Pantone-matched products.
